sloph Casino is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Minors found using the platform will have their accounts terminated and funds returned.
Each natural person may hold only one registered sloph account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. sloph reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and withhold balances pending review if multiple accounts are detected under the same identity.
sloph operates under the PAGCOR licensing context for the Philippine market. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through sloph's internal process may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed within 5–30 minutes subject to KYC verification and withdrawal limits. sloph does not impose fees on standard withdrawals, though your e-wallet provider's own terms may apply. Minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time of offer. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in violation of these Terms will be voided. sloph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sloph. They are written in English and governed by Philippine law. The English version of these Terms is the controlling version in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
To open an Account with sloph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your Account remains active:
sloph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason, and to request additional documentation to verify any aspect of your eligibility at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
All transactions and activities conducted through your Account using your correct credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. sloph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify sloph immediately by contacting support if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. sloph may, at its discretion, suspend your Account pending investigation upon receiving such notification.
Security recommendation: sloph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. sloph will never contact you by SMS, email, or chat requesting your password or OTP. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to sloph support immediately.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, PAGCOR requirements, and sloph's internal compliance framework, all Members must complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at any time by sloph's compliance team for accounts that meet certain risk thresholds.

Documents must be clear, unobstructed, and unexpired. sloph reserves the right to request a selfie photograph alongside your ID, and may request proof of address or proof of payment method ownership at its discretion. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. sloph reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be matched to a verified account holder and to close accounts where third-party funding is identified.
Deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso. sloph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose fees of their own, which are your sole responsibility. sloph cannot guarantee the accuracy of processing times advertised, as external delays may occur due to network or banking system conditions outside of sloph's control.
Withdrawals from your sloph Account are subject to the following conditions:

sloph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sloph has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, sloph may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Member's own request and there is no breach of these Terms, the Account Balance (net of any bonus funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All intellectual property rights in and to the sloph Platform — including but not limited to the sloph brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphical elements, written content, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to sloph. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any sloph intellectual property.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the sloph Platform without prior written consent from sloph. Unauthorised use of sloph's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sloph's total liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of the Member's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.
sloph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, however caused and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if sloph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sloph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." sloph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of game outcomes beyond those guaranteed by certified RNG systems.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes sloph's liability for death or personal injury caused by sloph's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
sloph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of operating and improving the sloph Platform, processing transactions, meeting regulatory compliance requirements, and providing customer support.
sloph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required for the operation of the Platform (such as payment processing partners and game studio providers), where required by law or regulatory authority, or with your explicit consent. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the sloph Platform shall first be submitted to sloph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting sloph customer support. sloph will respond to formal disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through sloph's internal process, it may be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework applicable to licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. Members retain the right to pursue claims through the appropriate Philippine courts where no other resolution is reached.
sloph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the sloph website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects Member rights or obligations, sloph will provide reasonable notice by email to the address registered on your Account or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the sloph Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account at any time by contacting sloph customer support.
